To support the growth of our organization we are recruiting for an energetic Recruiter - People Ambassador. 

This is a role for an experienced new colleague with a strong netwerk in IT and Digital who will be responsible for the for our German office (Lünen/ Berlin currently +- 80 employees). 

Within this position you will also work closely with the HR team based in Belgium, Spain and the Netherlands.

What will you do?

  • Recruitment & selection of qualitative candidates in line with the needs. 
  • Producing a high quality candidate pipeline against the future needs of the business;
  • Connect with your colleagues to be able to understand the need (open vacancy)
  • Prepare the content of the job offer to be posted on our job site, LinkedIn, Xing, social media, etc…
  • Sourcing using social media channels as well as ‘classic’ sources
  • Screening profiles and connect by phone, WhatsApp and Skype for Business
  • Schedule job interviews
  • Manage our candidates’ database and keep it up to date
  • Support the administration and reporting in regards to the recruitment process
  • Campus recruitment various recruitment events for graduates
  • Support and develop an agile work culture to create a happy driven engaged organization;
  • Furthermore, you will contribute to the HR team's knowledge development by following recent trends in HR and work closely with the other HR team members on international HR projects.
  • You'll work from Lünen and on occasion travel to Berlin, or other offices of Osudio.
  • You report the international Chief HR and Country manager.
